Upcycling and material reuse are part of the ArtAche Hotel approach. Vintage textiles, including fabrics sourced from India and other destinations, are given another life through new garments and individual designs.
The original color, weave, stitching, fading, pattern placement, texture, and history of these textiles become part of the finished piece.
Small runs and one-of-one designs also allow the material itself to influence what gets made.
