Salvatore Napoli is a New York-born visual architect, stylist, and creative brand operating under the alter ego Mr. Style & Leisure.

Trained at the Art and Design High School in Manhattan and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Salvatore built his foundation at the intersection of fine art, fashion design, and high-end retail — mastering the rare ability to read a client, dress them with intention, and leave them transformed.

His career spans two decades of elite fashion experience: from the designer floor at Saks Fifth Avenue — styling clients alongside Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Dior, Valentino, Oscar de la Renta, and Carolina Herrera — to serving as Regional Visual Coordinator for Dolce & Gabbana across the Southeast United States. He has worked every major market in the country: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast, and internationally across Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.

His styling philosophy is rooted in conversation. Before a single garment is pulled, Salvatore listens — learning what a client wants to project, how they want to feel, and what their wardrobe is missing. He has dressed celebrities, styled magazine covers, collaborated with fashion week teams, and built visual presentations for some of the most demanding luxury brands in the world.

As a visual artist, Salvatore works across painting, illustration, graphic design, logo design, branding, and custom garment construction. His name, Mr. Style and Leisure, was born at Burning Man: a declaration that after years of relentless structure and discipline, there is an art to living well.

Currently building his presence across New York and Los Angeles, Salvatore is available for personal styling, closet curation, brand collaborations, commission artwork, visual merchandising consulting, and creative direction.
